Biblical vs. Names
It’s going to be our 5th child. The other children are Lois (age 8), Reuben, Lazarus and Mary (All age 5) and all their names are biblical, but it is hard to find a biblical name we like this time. We like Balthasar (one of the 3 wiseman) however are afried it is too crazy, but we do like uncommon names. Mary is only really common name we like. Also if he ends up being Balthasar we would likely call him Blaise. Any other boy or girl biblical names? Please no bad girl/guy names (Delilah, Jezebel, Cain ect.).

Has the poll poster responded
This is the poll poster and we kind of like Ruth. However we call Reuben Roo a lot so I think Ruth is out. I think would like something a little more unusual for this child.
I feel like Blaise is a bit of a stretch from Balthasar...anyway here are my suggestions:
Issachar (pn ISS-uh-car)
Zebulun (pn ZEB-you-luhn)
Poll poste again. We like Jethro, Atarah and Claudia. Baz could also be another nickname for Blathasar/ Balthazar.
Also my husband likes Zilpah.
This is a good site because it tells you who in the Bi le had.the name.
If you use Balthazar, which I would recommend against, I wouldn’t use the Blath variation. That sounds unnappealing, like a sheep bleating. However, I think it’s going to be a pain for your little boy to go by Balthazar or your little girl to go by Zilpa. They are unusual, and not that handsome or pretty. They’ll probably goo by a nickname but their name is going to look weird on job applications. I would recommend using the baby name test run on this site.
