I kinda can’t just pick one... my first daughter is going to be Ava, and I think it is absolutely beautiful. Ava Madeline will be her name (Madeline is pronounced Mad-uh-line, NOT Mad-uh-lynn).

Madeleine. I am the opposite to Madi, I like the Mad-uh-lyn pronunciation but with the Madeleine spelling. It drives me crazy when people pronounced Madeleine as Madeline. It’s not on any level correct

Alyssa/Elissa

Both are pronounced the same. The first is either a form of Alice (meaning nobility) or referencing the Alyssum flower. The second is older and is found in the Aenid of unknown meaning. This spelling is also sometimes thought to be a form of Elizabeth (meaning God is my oath).

Muriel. I know lots of people think it’s very old lady, but it seems just lovely to me.
