Addison (Addy) Jace vs. Emily Sophia

Hey...my twin girls are due in a month but I only have one named. The first born will be Amelia Grace, but I am stuck on these names. My husband likes them all. I also have a six year old son, Joshua Daniel, and a three year old daughter named Abigail Alyce. We really need you opinion and are also open to suggestions, thanks, Anna and Aaron

Emily is too similar to Amelia. Addison or Adelaina would be pretty.

I like Emily, though Sophia starts with S, as does your last name. I have a friend whose name is Samuel Addison (boy, obviously) so I always consider Addison to be a boys name.

I would go with Emily.

Well you have a son that starts with J, another daughter that starts with A...and then Amelie (one of the twins)...what about Josephine Emily? Then you have 2 J’s and 2 A’s

on second thought, maybe do a "J" name. Otherwise Josh will be the one left out of an A name! Anna, Aaron, Abigail, Amelia, Addison and Josh?

What about Amelia and Julianne??

I agree with the first poster...Amelia and Emily are too close. People are even using the nickname "Emmy" for Amelia.
I would choose Amelia and Addison.

Amelia And Addison
Emmy and Addy?

Emily and Amelia are the same name. It’s like naming them Katherine and Kathleen.

Amelia and Addison are perfect. And since you like Emily......you could use the nn Emmy for Amelia and it’s a win win. :)
Emmy and Addy are cute twin names!

although, if you call Abigail "abby", then you run into the "abby" and "addy" predicament

But we don’t call Abigail ’Abby’. We kept it Abigail, but we do like Addison and Amelia.
