I don’t really like it that much, Rita is nice but not Margaret. What about Maggie Rita?

I don’t like either Margaret, Rita or Margarita. Also, I don’t think they go with the beautiful Nina or handsome Ryan.

Margarita is Spanish for Margaret, but if you live in the U.S., you probably shouldn’t.

Margarite works but not Margarita - she would get teased. How about a short name of Margaret, Maisie which is cute for a child. Maisie Rita or Margot Rita.

We live in the US, so that’s why we’re concerned it might be a problem. I think we’re pretty much set on Maggie Rita, but if you have any more suggestions, do comment!

I know a girl named Margarita. I don’t think it’s bad. But I also have a friend name Tequila, my moms name is Brandy and my great grandfathers name was Brewer.

Marguerite would also be a pretty option and still honor both women if you’d like something that doesn’t have an alcohol connection.

Marin is actually my crazy stepmother’s name, we definitely don’t want our baby girl to have the same name as her. Thanks anyway!

I don’t really understand all the negative feedback. Whereas neither Margaret nor Rita are to my taste I think they combine perfectly well.
