honestly, i would choose danica.

emma is ridiculously common. lily and kate are too much of nicknames for me, and they are common as well, so i’m not big on them.

danica is the one i like the most, and it’s not even really my style.

if you used lily as a nickname for lilith or lillian i would like it. and if kate was a nickname for kathleen i would like it more as well.

Emma - Extremely popular! Hearing all these "Emmas" gets old quick.
Lily - Nickname, overused, etc.
Kate - Same as the other 2. It’s too cutesy and outdated, common, etc.
Danica - Sounds really old-fashioned but the nn Dani would be okay.

I hate the name Danica. Too stripper-y for my tastes.

Kate is my favorite choice, if you can pull it off. I love the name but I can never find a name to go with it.

You’re trying to go with simple and ending up with nicknames. Try to go with something more grown up and use a nn if you want. Rather than name her Kate, name her Kathrine/Kathryn and call her Kate. It’s no problem to find middle names for Kathryn or Kathleen.

Kathryn Elizabeth nn Kate
Lillian Rose nn Lily
Danica Claire nn Dani

Give her a real name that she can use all her life with the option of shortening it if she wants to.....if you give her a nickname only; she has no options when she’s grown.

Danica, nn Danni...the others are all too popular and Kate just sounds like a nn
