Without a doubt - Serena. If I saw either of the other two "kree8iv" spellings, I would assume you wanted a different pronunciation, so would tend to pronounce them as Sigh-reena.

Plus it will be annoying for her if she has to introduce herself as \\\"I\\\’m Serena but spelled differently\\\". That could get tiring on a person.
