I love this name! As for the spelling, I like the 2 variants with the "i" in the middle best. However, I think it’s depending on what sorts of connotations you want to evoke. If you want people to think of the meaning of the name, which is "queen," i’d go with Reina, as it’s closer to the Romance language words for queen. (reina in Spanish, reine in French, etc.) If you want people to think more of rain, the weather phenomenon, go with Raina. Perhaps I’m overthinking this, I’m a very language-based thinker. But the 2 spellings evoke different connotations for me. So there’s that. :) Good luck!
