Just spell Mia the normal way. It looks kind of strange and confusing the way you have it. Mia Francesca is a lovely Italian name.

I would stick to Mia. It looks like a misprint spelled like this, especially Miia and Meeah.

The best one out of those three is probably Meah. Francesca is a very pretty middle name. Good luck!

meah looks like tht sound u make when ure not saying no but u are, example: meah I don’t think so mila is cute or milani?
