Alexis vs. Alexia

Which one is better? And no I don’t want to use the full name of Alexandria/dra as she will already have a long middle name because we are actually giving her two middle names, one from both sides of family. thanks

I think Alexia is too much of a mouthful. My favorite variation is Alexa. Between your two choices, I would choose Alexis.

Alexia is better than Alexis but Alexa is best.
