I really don’t think there is a boy version of Bonnie. At all. You could use Bo... that’s about all I can think of.

Bo or Bernie might work, but eh. What was her middle name? Maybe just give him the same initials...

You could have Bennett and nn him Benny kinda like Bonnie. Or come up with a unique name like Bond.

Bonnie is, essentially, a word name. Therefore, it’s not going to have a "male" version of it.

I say, either find a new way to honor Grandma or stick it in the middle name slot.

Why not name him Kingston? Much better than finding a boy version of Bonnie

I think Kingston would be perfect.

Not a fan of Kingston.

Oh, Kingston is a great name!! What about her middle name. Or you could name him a B first name and K middle name. Benjamin Kingston, Bentley Kade, etc.

Kingston is great!

I really like Kingston! The only boy names I can think of that resemble Bonnie are Bonamy, Bonar, Bonaventure, Bond, and Boniface. I’d use Kingston. :-)

~God bless!
