No Names vs. At All
Hello there! We are expecting our third little bundle of joy but we don’t have any names at all for him or her. We want something old fashioned and a tad more on the uncommon side. Do you have any suggestions? We have two sons, Byron and Rupert, if their names help at all. Please only give first name ideas. Also, super long lists can be very overwhelming so please keep the suggestion lists relatively short. Thank you! -Belle
The Top Baby Name is...
I don’t like any of those names; sorry! Girl names are needed too!
You have great taste! Here are some ideas:
(Just going through the older sections of my family tree):
Aw, thank you Sara! I do like a lot from your list; Louisa, Willa, Celia, Delia, Thea, Althea, Archer, and Beckett!
I like Vera; thank you Nicola!
Sylvie or Lucy
I like Lucy; thank you guest!
What great names your sons have! How about
Aw, thank you guest! I like Opal, Rosa, Leona, Willa, and Harvey! I do really like Pearl, as well, but our last name is only one syllable so one syllable first names sound very choppy with it
I like Lucy, thank you Maisie! I love Jude as well but since it is only one syllable it won’t flow with our last name
I like Elsie, thank you guest!
Meredith (nn Edie?)
I like Alistair, Jasper, Opal, Vera, Elsa, Helena, Ingrid, Imogen, Leona, and Viola; thank you guests!
I like Arthur, Felix, Gideon, and Miles, thank you guest! I love Hugh but becuase it is only one syllable, it won’t flow with our last name
What about Hugo for a boy since you love Hugh but don’t like that it only has one syllable? Hugo has 2 syllables and its old-fashioned yet quirky enough to fit in with your boys names. For a girl maybe something like.. Greta, Beatrice, Virginia (Ginny?), Matilda, Agnes or Millicent (Millie?) Do you like any? (I really think you’ll like Hugo!)
