Help deciding vs. which of my ’out there’ vs. names are usable
Hi everyone. I don’t want to name my baby boy something silly but I really don’t want there to be many other children with the same name as him, at least where we live. So I have a small list of names which I am considering. I would really like some feedback to see which ones are usable and which ones I need to let go. Be honest. List will be below. Many thanks! Leda

Other idea welcome!
Love Theodore because you could call him Theo :) I love Theo on its own as well. GL!
Silas- Love this one! But it is becoming popular.
Thackary- really silly
Thaddeus- cute with the nickname Thadd
Theodore- Love! Also becoming popular
Lucius- really old
Dorsey- never heard of it
Seeley- never heard of this one either
Gus- know a dog with this name
Stellan- also girly
Rex- dog name
Shea- too many girls with this name
Silas, Thaddeus or Theodore!
I like Lucius and Maurice. my suggestions are:
I love Silas, Thaddeus and Clark. I don’t like Thackery, Seeley or Lucius.
I love Thackary’s work! It’d definitely be an offbeat name :)
I always thought Lucius was too...luscious.
Shea is girly
I love Stellan!
Rex will inevitably be teased "haha T Rex!"
Dorsey is too surnamey
Maurice and Clark are too antiquated
Theodore is handsome!
I would say the usable ones are Silas,
Theodore, Clark, and Stellan. The rest not so much.
I really like Lucius, Leon, Rory, Felix and Maurice.
I hope you know that it’s supposed to be spelled Thackeray.
Theodore, Clark, and Maurice are my favorites. Theodore and Clark are very handsome. Some other suggestions...
I think these are all useable.
Lucius - or Lucian
Gus - as a nickname for August, Augustus, Fergus or Angus
From those, I think Theodore, Clark or August nn Gus would be nicest.
Stellan is a fully male Scandinavian name that just happens to sound like Stella with an n but it’s not girly.
I like Victor a lot. Thackeray was a typo, my apologies.
Silas - love it
Thackary - not keen
Thaddeus - hate it
Theodore - adore it, best name by far
Lucius - love it
Thane - hate it
Clark - it’s a last name, dont like it as a first name
Dorsey - horrid
Seeley - horrid
Gus - too old manish
Maurice - lovely
Stellan - too girly
Rex - cute, doesnt age well
Shea - too girly
Favourite is Silas.
Silas- I really like this one. It sounds almost western.
Thackary- NMS, makes me think of an old man.
Theodore- I love this one, and the nickname Teddy is adorable.
Lucius- Old-fashioned, but cute. Lucian would probably fit in better these days, though.
Thane- Not bad.
Dorsey- I kind of like it. Makes me think of Darcy.
Gus- Really NMS at all. Reminds me of an annoying boy I went to junior high with.
Maurice- I can’t tell if I love it or hate it. On the one hand, it’s outdated and frumpy. But on the other, it’s classically cool. Reese would make an adorable nickname, too.
Stellan- This one’s really cool. Uncommon, creative, but feels a little vintage.
