Two vs. Different vs. Worlds

Help! My boyfriend and I have extremely different naming styles and now we are getting no where on our daughter’s name. He wants to use a boy name with "a cute spelling" whereas I hate anything unisex and want a girly, classic name! What should we do? We don’t want one of us to pick the first and the other the middle as we don’t think that’s fair to either of us and we want to honor a family member as our daughter’s middle name. Please help us! Thanks! ~Taylor and Aubrey

We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
Baby Name Genie:
In the space between unique and ordinary is a special category of names I think of as "antiques." They are familiar and well-used names that are not widely in use these days. For your son, I give you Oscar Jude - a perfectly ordinary, unique name.
