Irish girl name vs. Suggestions?
We love irish names and a few that we like so far Brenna, Bridget, & Allison, but we would like more suggestions too! Like those, we’d prefer ones that are Irish/ Gaelic but that are also easy to spell and pronounce in America. Thanks!

I love Brenna!
Sorry missed the easy to spell bit!
I love the following Irish names with their meanings in brackets: Fiona (fair, white, beautiful), Alanna (darling child), Caitlyn (pure, Cara (friend), and Cassidy (curly-haired). There is a nice list on http://www.babynamesofireland.com/irish-girl-names
One of my faves is Maggie.
Colleen is my favorite Irish name. It means "girl."
Personally I like Brenna out of the names you already like. Another Irish name I love is Aislin. You say it ash-lin.
I love Aislin too. If you want it to be more spelling-friendly, you could Americanize it: Ashlyn.
Iona pr eye-O-na
I like Isolde and Orla. Is Twyla Irish? I\’m not too sure
Thanks for the posts so far! I love Saoirse but with it’s spelling, it’s just not an option for living in California! I also used to like Fiona but now I feel like it reminds me too much of Shrek and I wouldn’t be able to stand if people called her "FiFi" for short lol. I also love Aislin/ Ashlyn, etc but unfortunately doesn’t go with our last name (Ashlyn Nash- Ash Nash lol).
I do like Maeve, Cassidy, Colleen, and a couple of other good suggestions too! Keep them coming please!
