Ruby Estelle vs. Evie Isabelle

It’s a Christmas Baby! Hello Everyone, I’m Joanna. My fiancĂ© and I found out around 3 months ago that our first child was to be a girl and we’re so excited. Also, to make things better.. Baby is due December 20th! Knowing this we decided to give her a very special Christmas name, my fiancĂ© already has the surname Winter which just tops everything off perfectly. We’ve finally agreed on two names we love. Ruby- Christmas colour (Red), Estelle- meaning Star in French, Evie- Referring to Chrismas Eve and also Isabelle- (Christmas Bell’s). Please let us know what you think! Also, we’re still open to more suggestions! Thanks, Joanna.

I suggested Evelyn to George a while ago but he just simply didn’t like it. Also not a fan of Noelle, but thanks for the suggestion.

Evelyn won’t be her name, I appreciate your opinions but I would rather if it didn’t get suggested anymore.

What about just Eve instead of Evie. Evie sounds so babyish. Eve would be better.

What about a middle name?

I’m not a huge fan of Ruby personally, and I think it’s kind of a stretch as far as the Christmas Eve connection goes, but I love Evie, Isabelle, and Estelle!

-Clara (from the Nutcracker)
-Holly
-Narcissa (Narcissus/Paperwhites are Christmas flowers)
-Natalia/Natasha (born on Christmas)
-Nicola (St. Nicholas/Santa Claus)
-Jeanette Isabella (Christmas song, and bells in Isabella)

You might like one of these combinations?

Clara Belle
Claribel Eve
Clara Estelle
Eve Estelle
Eve Natalia
Eve Narcissa
Holly Estelle
Jeanette Isabella
Natalia Belle

Natalia Eve
Nicola Belle
