Nina is a lovely name but it doesn’t really work as a middle name.

Nina Grace and Nina Catherine would be lovely.

Or, Nina Patricia? Grace and Catherine are so well used these days. Patricia is more unique.

I definitely vote for Grace. But I’m also partial to Catherine because that is my first name (spelled with a K). I’ve been told that it is a name that grows with you so it can be cute for a little girl but grow with her in her professional life as an adult.
