Olivia Belle vs. Olivia Anne

My sons middle name is a family name and he is the 4th generation with that name. Now we are having a girl. I want something that has a great deal of meaning. Belle comes for my fathers middle name which is Campbell, making her the 4th generation to carry on the name (Well a girl version). I thought it was sorted. Anne however would be after my sister who has just been told she has liver cancer and will probably not live long enough to see bubba. I thought this would be a lovely tribute but I’m worried that I might find this too upsetting. Thinking of my sister every time I call her my her full name. Thanks for your advise and reading my long explanation.

Emma in Western Australia
We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
Baby Name Genie:
In the space between unique and ordinary is a special category of names I think of as "antiques." They are familiar and well-used names that are not widely in use these days. For your son, I give you Oscar Jude - a perfectly ordinary, unique name.
