While I like Dylan on a girl, I think you are stretching it with Hudson. Hate it. It looks like you are trying too hard to be edgy or cool.

Hudson Olivia has a better flow than Dylan Olivia. I can’t really see Hudson as a girls name, Dylan is iffy for a girl. I do know a girl named Dylan though.

I know of two different couple who did this, picked one name for the baby regardless of gender. It seems odd to me, but to each their own.

Personally I think both the first names sound fine for a boy but not so much for a girl. Olivia is great for a girl.

Hudson Michael or Dylan Michael would be handsome for a boy. But, um...Hudson and Dylan are frankly terrible for a girl. Maybe Heather Olivia or Delia Olivia or...literally anything else. Just please not Hudson or Dylan for a girl.

I’m on the fence. My brain tells me that they are both boy names. But I wanted Holden for my last daughter. Didn’t get it though.

Anyway, what about Harlow instead?

Hudson and Dylan are boy’s names and neither are suitable for a girl imo.
Olivia is very feminine but I wouldn’t like it used with either of these names for a girl.

Please don’t name your girl either of these names, I’m literally begging you!!

I agree, Dylan on a girl is nice and different but Hudson is too much

While both are extremely terrible for a girl name, if you must choose one, choose Dylan.

I used to want to use the name Dylan for a girl too... I had Dillion Paige picked out since I was like 10... So cute. Man, there are a bunch of haters out there; who says names have to be gender specific? I like either name- Hudson Olivia works beautifully!!
Best of Luck Mommy :)

Names kind of need gender...Can you imagine a boy Priscilla or a girl Abraham? I know I can’t...these names are just as bad, imo. It’s not judgemental, I’ve actually heard a LOT more girls given boy names say that they hate it than that they love it...I’m just trying to help you and your daughter out...sorry if I come across as mean or hating!! The names are wonderful on a boy though, so masculine and handsome!!!
