Eve Camila vs. Eva Camille

Zoë and Leo, two year old twins, and we may be expecting a third (waiting for lab results). Its early to start thinking of names, but I felt like having some fun with the possibility. I think we are pretty much stuck with the three letter names and I’ve always loved Eva/Eve as a first name. WDYT?

With the name Fernandez, I would automatically assume to pronounce it ay-vuh, which I like very much.
