Lilah and Leila are two different names. Lilah is pronounced Lie-la but Leila is pronounced Lay-la. If you want the pronunciation Lie- lah i would go with Lilah or Lila.
That being said I think Lilia and Lilah are way too close for twins. They will have their names mixed up their entire lives. I was very good friends with twins names Alexis and Alyssa in HS. Those names aren’t nearly as close as Lilia and Lilah are and they were still called the wrong names at least once every day. It was very annoying for them. I think its easier on twins to have names with distinct looks and sounds. They share so much already, I don’t think they should have to share similar names as well.
What about:
Avia
Alessia
Ivy
Elena
Lucia
Lianna
Calla
Eliana
Emilia
Olivia
Gianna
Sienna
Chiara
Noelia
Dahlia

Lilia and Lilah are EXTREMELY close, I wouldn’t use that name.
Lilia and Leila are much better. But I agree with Poster #2 Leila is prounounced Lay-la.

My baby girl is Lila Shea. I also was considering Lila Snow and Lila Juliet. Other first names I considered were Layla and Lilianna (pronounced Lih-lee-ann-uh, like Lily+Anna).

Lilia and Leila are going to be a huge tongue twister when said together. And they will be said together...all the time. Lilia and Lilah flows a little better, but they will still be hard to say. What about Logan, Lindsey, Lacey, Laura, Lauren, Laurel, or Lexi? All three names you have chosen are beautiful, but any combination is going to be a mouthful. Good luck.

Although I’d have to admit, those are very close to be sibling names, even worse since they are twins.
