Maisie is adorable. I’m glad you’re giving her Marguerite as a proper name, because Maisie sounds pretty juvenile. That way, if she ever desires a professional name, she can use Marguerite.

Marguerite "Maisie" Eleanor is gorgeous. Marguerite Alexandra is nice too, but a mouthful. I don’t think Leanna works as well, though it would be fine too.

I love the name Marguerite and Maisie is a great nickname! I agree, that Eleanor is the best choice.
