If you want it pronounced that way, spell it thant way. She will be thankful that she doesnt have to tell people how to say it.

I like Cadence better... but you don’t pronounce it Candice. Spell it the way it’s pronounced. It makes much more sense.

Ummm how in the world would Cadence be pronounced Candice??? There’s no N before the D in Cadence. If you like the pron. Candice then name her that.
