Olivia for sure. Is "Lei" as in the Hawaiian flower necklace or were you thinking it would be a fun spelling of "Lee"? I wouldn’t give a girl a middle name that sounded like (or looked like it sounded like) "lay". It’s just way too easy for people to make jokes about getting laid.
