Yes I can picture an adult with the name Bella because I know a middle aged woman who goes by that. I don’t even know if it’s her real name or not but it’s the only name I’ve ever heard anyone call her. However, I voted for Isabella because I feel it’s more of a "real" name and Bella could be used as nickname anyway.

There are many young girls named Bella, Emma etc these days which means their will be eventually be a generation of old people named this.

A bit awquard to say with both names ending with A.

By of the choices I would go with Isabella Mia.

Prefer Mia as the 1st name, seems to flow better that way. Mia Bella or Mia Isabella.

I like Bella as a stand alone name, but I don’t like either option with the mn Mia because of the a at the end of both names. Bella Madeline would be really pretty or Isabella Mae if you went with the longer fn option.
