A Sister vs. To Lillian?

Settled on Lillian Charlotte May! What names would you use for sisters to Lillian? I still love Vera Isobel Catherine, but Lillian Vera was the name of my great grandmother, so I’m not sure if it’s weird to use her names twice like that. I like Dexter William Grant for a boy :)
