Kate Alexandra is super pretty! Another form of the name could be Katherine Alexa which I find to be a strong name for a girl.

I love Kate Alexandra!!! Also agree with other poster than Caitlyn/katelyn and nn Kate may sound a little nicer with your surname. Either way, it’s a beautiful name!!

Caitlin Alexandra with the nickname Cate/Kate I have to agree is much better and stronger. None of the first name options are strong at all. Karsyn looks too boyish and misspelled. It’s Carson. It’s masculine... Not strong for a girl at all. Lol. Total opposite. Kate is the best so far however it’s a common nickname! A fuller name with Kate is not only ideal but great! Caitlin Alexandra sounds and looks wonderful and it gives you "Kate"
