Wow, that ones hard. The only thing I can think of is Gerard, but that’s ugly!
Good luck

The obvious one would be George, unless you think that is too close to Georgia Claire.

Why not a Geoffrey? You have a Ginger after yourself? But, I agree, G names with the J sound for boys are hard...Gerry is all I can come up with, too

Ginger is after myself and my Grandmother. It is tradition that all the 2nd born females in our family have that name. Please don’t ask why, that’s just how we’ve always done it! My Ginger is the 6th generation. My husband does not want a third, I have already tried to convince him. He’s not budging.

Is this Ginger Howell from Blairsville, GA? It has to be with those kids names! It’s me Julie Gregory! Wow! Small world! I didn’t know you were pregnant again! I used this site to name Afton :) Look me up on Facebook and we can catch up!

Yes Julie! Too funny. My number is still the same, but Matt’s has changed. I agree, we need to catch up and let Afton meet the girls. It’s been years!

I don’t think it Needs to have to J sound, as long as it starts with a G then it matches enough. And it opens up tons more possibilities so you don’t have to choose a name you don’t necessarily love just because its the option you like best.

If you’re absolutely set on the J sound, then:
