Nonny vs. Noni vs. Full name?

Hi! So I have a bit of a complicated question... I want to name my daughter after my grandma Nonny so I want my daughter’s nickname to be Nonny but I’m not sure what the full name should be. My whole family and my fiance have unique names so we need something rare or even from another language. What name easily creates the nn Nonny?

I’m not sure if this helps, but how about Janine (my cousin is Janine and we call her Neeny) I know that’s not the same but close.
