Well, Shannon is a girls Name. Unless that is the Middle Name.??

It’s unisex! My best friend’s older brother’s name is Shannon Michael. We always tease him, so it’s not a good choice, but I do want to get my point across that it is a unisex name that still sounds very feminine.

i like Shannon best no matter what anyone says! you can use it for a boy it’s just that it’s more commonly used for a girl, i have to admit that i’ve never met a boy with the name Shannon but it’s a river and if you can call a boy or a girl Jordan then you can call a boy Shannon IMO, it’s better than naming your kid Thames!
