I would definitely go with Cody Alyssa so your child doesn’t have the initials D.A.

Thank you but we don’t like the spelling Dru. And what is wrong with the initials D.A.?

Avery is traditionally a boy’s name.

We did not choose our son’s name based on which gender it was for or is used on now but if we loved it. We plan to do the same with our daughter. Thanks.

I think Cody Alyssa is stunning! If you do want to change the spelling to make it seem more feminine, which there is no problem, I would go with Codie.
