I think Piper is a great name and it fits the description in my opinion. Iris and Quinn are nice, too. Great name choices!

Gwen goes really well with Liza and fits the description.
I have to agree with poster 2 about Quinn. It’s very masculine, especially next to a sister with such a feminine name as Liza.

Okay, I’ll take Quinn out. I’ve never heard it on a boy, only girl, and only like it on a girl, but I don’t want it to be confused as a boys name.

The gender on Quinn seems to be very regional. I’ve never actually met a female Quinn, only male ones. But I know somebody a couple states to the south of me who has the opposite experience.
I think Iris goes best with Eliza and has the same vibe.
