Biblical vs. Elimination vs. Poll
It’s a boy! My husband and I are Christian and would love to have a name that has some religious meaning. Suggestions are very welcomed as long as it sticks to the "theme". Names will be in the first comment.

I love Luke, Noah, Ezekiel, Levi and Jonah. Matthew and Joshua would make a nice middle name. Eliminate Asher and Zacharia.
I suggest Jude, Malachi, Andrew, Benjamin, Micah and Moses.

I love Nathanael (Nathanael is the spelling typically used in the Bible). Nathanael means "God has given." Nathanael was the name of the Apostle Bartholomew.
Have you considered Peter or Paul? These two men were so instrumental in the spread of the Christian faith. Neither name is very popular for baby boys. In 2013, Peter was ranked number 208 and Paul was ranked 198. Giving your son the name Peter or Paul would be a pretty strong statement of faith, especially in this day and time.
