Olivia Owen is fine. Obviously there’s the alliteration at the front of both names, but beyond that they don’t have too many similarities and they don’t sound choppy together.

I would tend to avoid the double O but I don’t think it sounds bad. It’s a pretty name but too popular for me personally.

I like Olivia. I think it’s fine with the last name. My only hesitation would be with how popular it is.
