Love it vs. Don’t use it
I found the girls name Alessa (uh-less-uh) and I like how soft it sounds. Does it sound like a good feminine name that’ll age well and is pretty? Why or why not? And what middle names sound good with it?

Definitely use! It’s one of those names that’s cute for a baby, and pretty and sophisticated when she’s an adult. I like Pam’s idea of Alessa Morgan.

Is there a reason you like it better than Alissa? I think Alissa is prettier and is also more familiar.

How about Alessia, which is the Italian form of Alexia/Alexa.

It sounds really odd, honestly. Like you’re trying to say Alyssa or were trying to be unique.
