Definitely use! It’s one of those names that’s cute for a baby, and pretty and sophisticated when she’s an adult. I like Pam’s idea of Alessa Morgan.

I think I like Alessa as a softer alternative to Alexa:). Thank you all for suggestions! I do love Alessa Morgan! Instead of Jeanne I think I like Joanne.

Is there a reason you like it better than Alissa? I think Alissa is prettier and is also more familiar.

How about Alessia, which is the Italian form of Alexia/Alexa.

It sounds really odd, honestly. Like you’re trying to say Alyssa or were trying to be unique.
