i would pronounce them differently so it depends on which pronunciation youre going for. Aura is like Laura (lahw-ruh) without the L and Ora has more of a an Or sound.

Aura is a pretty spelling because it reminds me of Aurora. It makes Aura almost like a twist on the classic name.Ora might remind people of the pop star Rita Ora and bring on an unwanted image

Agree with poster 1. I would pronounce these differently and prefer the sound of Aura (but prefer the rhyming name Laura!)
