I think it depends upon your last name and middle name choices. Both are pretty

I prefer Isabelle because it’s already so feminine and classic and doesn’t need the extra "a" or syllable on the end.

Bella is so overused. As a teacher, I had three this year. Isabelle is pretty though.

I prefer Isabelle. Great middle names: Marie, Grace, Jane, Violet, Rose, Kate, Eve.
