It’s cute but doesn’t age well I would try Emily, Emma, or Emmalynn with Emme as a nickname.

I really dislike the name Emme. I think it sounds very childish and like a nickname, and this spelling really bothers me. Isabel is fine. I don’t think the flow is all that great with Emme, but it’s fine.
