Baby Name Poll

I know I’ve done this a few times now but I don’t get much feedback. I was going to use Katie with Emily, Alyssa and Sophie/Sophia but now I feel like it doesn’t go that well with them. Instead I was thinking of using Kaitlyn only I have a cousin named Cailin. If I used Kaitlyn she will not go by Katie as a nn, I’m not a huge fan of nn which is why I had been considering using Katie as a first name. Which name goes best with the others listed? Does it matter if I used Kaitlyn with my cousin named Cailin? Which middle name do you think goes best? If you could change the 2nd middle name (which you can), what would you change it to? Please try to answer all questions.
