Noel Emmett Simpson is very cute, perfectly fine. Aisling reminds me of the word "Ailing" and also it will probably get a lot of mispronunciations. More suggestions:

We’re British so we’re not too worried about the pronunciation of Aisling here, I just know a lot of people on this website are American so it was for that reason we put the pronunciation but thank you for the suggestions:

Ashlyn, Cora, Aurora, Penelope, Zara and Alaina are very nice.

You’re completely right and I assumed you were American. It would get completely butchered here. Also, if I can ask, is it true that Ashley is still considered a boy name there?

Oh right I see, and it’s pretty equal on each gender, I actually have a friend with a little boy named Ashley, the girl spelling here tends to be Ashleigh.

It’s almost all girl here. A little boy would get taunted in school if he was named Ashley. Well thanks, I was just wondering.

I don’t like them. Sorry. Aisling I think will be very difficult for people to pronounce and spell and it’s not that all attractive. Noel will always be said like No-el, which sounds super girly.
