I would use Amber as the middle name. I think tacking anything on the end of Amber is really tacky.

Fair enough, I suppose its different if you view something like Amberley its own name rather than ’tacking’ two things together; I don’t really see it as something stuck on Amber more as one name; something like Liliana could be seen as Lily and Ana/Anna stuck together, more as its own name xxx

Amberley/Amberleigh is beautiful. Could also be spelled Amberlee, Amberlea, Amberly. I think it’s pretty without any hyphenation.
