Help vs. With vs. Name

Hello everyone. I need your help. I named my daughter after my great grandmother and a very close friend of mine. Mabel Elaine. Im pregnant now. I just found out im having a boy. Im going to name him after my grandfather and a very close friend. My grandfathers name is Joseph and my close friends name was Milton. I love both names but since I have a Mabel should I stick with the M ? Or Joseph Milton. Any ideas? NO rude comments. Thank you. ~Alyssa&Kenny

If by sticking with M you mean using Milton Joseph, I would say no. Joseph Milton flows well and has a nice story behind it. I wouldn’t box myself into using all "m" names.
