Ava and Ivy are too close, Kate is too blah IMO and Isla is becoming very trendy but out of the 3 choices I would say it’s the best name. Good luck!

How about Keira?

Ava, Elise and Keira?

Isla is the prettiest and will age better than ivy. Isla Kate is lovely. Ivy sounds babyish.

I like Ava, Elisa, and Isla because they all start with a different vowel :) I think Ivy and Ava sound a little too close.
