Keira is great for all ages. I think Nora and Jocelyn are more limited.

This name is timeless and so precious. I do like Nora but Jocelyn is so beautiful as well as sweet. Whatever name you do pick, good luck (:

I disagree with poster 1, I see it the opposite way. Though I think Nora is the best option, both Nora and Jocelyn can age very well. Whereas Keira seems more childish.
