I’m having my first child. My sister has three boys named James, Jack and Jimmy. I personally love the name Jake but I think that would be too many J’s in the family since my name is Jenna and my sister’s is Jane. Help me please

My cousins name is Bodhi (Bo-Dee, 2 1/2) and I’m his nanny. His parents didn’t want him to have a nickname or anyone to call him B. However, I switched some letters around and now he is my little "Obi" and I love it.

Jake and Jack are really close. What about something completely different like:
Parker
Chase
Harris
Preston
Sam

If your sister has two boys named James and Jimmy, I doubt it matters that Jack and Jake are nominally (ha)! similar.

Ha, PP. I get your point. That’s a little weird.
Jacob is actually a variant of James so... you’re kind of on the edge of every name she has.
How about...
Joaquin?

You sister has a James and Jimmy?
You could use Jake/Jacob/Jacoby as a middle name. If you use Jacoby, you could call him Coby or Oby.
