How should I pronouce Irene? I know in most English-speaking countries it’s said eye-reen, but in other places it’s said eye-reen-eh/uh.

If you’re in an English speaking country it’s definitely going to be pronounced eye-reen.

If you want eye-reen-uh, spell it Irena.

I’ve also heard it pronounced Eye-reen-ee. But mostly Eye-reen.

I would say it Eye-reen. Irina would be how I spelled Eye-reen-uh. I prefer the Irina pronunciation, but only with this spelling.
