I don’t think it would be too far fetched but honestly I adore Bo/Beau the most.

Or you could use Bowen and find a different first/middle name to go with it?? It does combine B from Briggs and Owen.

I guess the initials lend themselves to the nickname Bo. I’m not sure the initials B.O. are desirable, though.

I suppose it could work.I’ve known plenty of people who’s nicknames weren’t exactly the most obvious choice/connected to their first name but for me personally I’m not a fan of these types of nicknames that feel like a stretch.

It a bit far fetched. What about Bowden or Bowman?

A brig is a jail. It’s like naming your kid Juvie.

^ Well, it’s a good thing the name isn’t Brig then! If you google Briggs, it is a lawn mower, a Healthcare company, a law firm, a high end luggage company, a plumbing company... actually, a SURNAME. But thanks for your "help"

I like Briggs Owen. I think it’s different without being weird. I don’t, however, like Bo. I don’t think it would be a stretch to get that nickname, but I feel like with such an interesting and unique name like Briggs, why make it more common with a nickname like Bo?
