Most people who aren’t familiar with the name will pronounce it "ees-la" like the Spanish word for island. Those who are familiar with the name Isla will pronounce it "eye-la".

If you go to a spanish speaking country, it will be pronounced "eeslah" because isla means "island" in spanish.
Other than that, Isla the person’s name is pronounced "eye-lah". Simple. Just like the word island without the "nd."
Think of the names Teresa (tur-ay-sah vs. tur-ee-sah), Andrea (ann-dree-uh vs. onh-dray-uh), Anna (ann-uh vs ah-nuh) that have so many variations to them. Isla, as a name however, will only be "eye-luh", as it is in name books.

Eye-luh. It’s stunning. I would think someone very uneducated if they actually thought it was said any other way than similarly to island.
