Middle name vs. Compromise

Hi all, My husband and I are expecting our first child, it’s a girl! We have completely opposite ideas for her middle name. We’ve chosen the first name Grace for her. I want to give her a classic, traditional middle name (Elizabeth is my favorite) and my husband wants something unique, fun and out-there (he very seriously suggested Katniss from the Hunger Games). We can’t seem to find any names that we both agree on! We’re relying on you all to help! Thanks much- Kelli

Had the same issue naming my son... we had chosen a first name but could not agree on a middle, it was nearing the date of my seceduled c-section so I wrote up a list of my favorites and he picked one that he liked/didn’t hate and thought went well with the FN. The FN had been more his choice, so this strategy seemed a fair compromise. It worked out pretty well, and frankly, the MN isn’t SUPER important, I’ve found. Good luck
