I’m not sure how I feel about Maxton. I’m neutral to it. I’m not normally a fan of Oliver, but Oliver Eakle really has a ring to it.

LOVE Maxton, but my favorite full name for Max is still Maxim!! Oliver is nice, but not a favorite of mine, I really like the nn Ollie but the problem is that I like the nn more than the first name. I love the name Oliver for a non human animal like a cat (so cute!).

Maxton doesn’t sound made up at all, for one its a real name. People are always saying things sound made up just because they’ve never heard it before!! Thus the curse of 10,000 Jennifers in every corner of the world (love the name, not putting it down, just saying, like many names, wayyy too overused and thus boring)

Maxton Cooper is a great name, I think you could do better than Cooper as a mn based on my taste.

Maxton is beyond aweful, sorry. Oliver is a good name. Winston is okay but I prefer Weston and Wesley.

Oliver Eakle sounds cool. Maxton Eakle, not so much.

I like Maxton. And the fat that it does sound made up ensures it will not be 30 Maxtons running around his elementary school. I applaud the individuality and the creativity behind it. It’s a bold almost epic sounding name. Go for it!!!! I would also used a monosyllabic middle name though..I like Dean.
