Cillian would most likely be mispronounced as sil-ee-an instead of kil-ee-an.

I like Chase best, Cooper is ok. Cillian will get butchered a lot. Save him the hassle of having to constantly explain and spell his name.

That would depend upon your last name. Is it one syllable? If so, I’d go with Cillian. Is it three or more syllables? If so, I’d go with Chase. Does it start with an "R"? If so, I would NOT use Cooper.
